REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
How It Works
Due to the fact that we customize and hand craft our units in detail, we do not offer refunds or returns on wig orders. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your unit so that we can discuss the best solution to remedy the issue.
Please understand that once your item has shipped and you receive your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the package. Lost or stolen package inquiries should be directed to the shipping carrier (USPS).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Please be sure to read the product details in its entirety to know if you're ordering a ready to ship unit or a pre-order unit.
Ready To Ship: Order will ship in 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Example: If you order on a Friday, you can expect to receive tracking information on the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Pre-Order: Order will ship in 7-10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Example: If you order on a Monday, you can expect to receive tracking information between Wednesday the following week or exactly two weeks from the date you ordered at the latest. In most cases, pre-orders ship sooner rather than later.
Delivery: While we always choose priority shipping (2 day shipping) via USPS, we do not have control over any delays the carrier may experience. If you have any issues with shipping, please contact USPS first with the tracking number provided.
